Two Minute Timer Helps with Oral Health for Seniors
Brush Teeth for 2 Minutes…Seniors, too!
By guest blogger, Jane Reinhardt Long Island, NY
As a senior, I’m comfortable with my traditional toothbrushes and not inclined to invest in an electric toothbrush and learn how to use it, even if it has a brushing timer. My little 2-minute turtle is so handy, always affixed to my bathroom mirror, reminding me to brush twice a day for 2-minute sessions. Imagine if I had to fetch a kitchen timer or consult my watch in order to brush properly!
The quiet, bright little turtle is available to all family members and houseguests (if we can ever have houseguests again). And it’s easy to pack for overnight travels. Recently, I was prescribed a daily, 2-minute mouthwash after dental work, and the turtle made using it easy for my mouthwash too!
